Please join us live on Zoom, Thursday Oct 1st from 7:00PM – 8:00PM for an hour of “Yogility”, a holistic, mind and body movement practice that promotes mobility, stability and agility all in supporting longevity, well-being and creativity. Our event will conclude with a TWC writing experience.
What to expect from Yogility.
Hosted by Carolyn Tucker, a movement educator and Life and Health Coach. Carolyn will walk us through her Yogility practice. Dress comfortably and be ready to move your mind and body. Use your yoga mat if you have one, but not essential.
