Danielle Nevado (she/her)

Danielle began as a WCC facilitator in April 2024. She has facilitated WCC workshops for youth ages 16 to 24. For Danielle, being a WCC facilitator means helping participants create and express their own unique story, and make them feel heard without feeling judged. She has also worked as a program facilitator for BIPOC youth facing housing insecurity and homelessness. She is an advocate for mental health, the TRC’s 94 Calls to Action, and youth housing.

Outside of work, you can find Danielle cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs. She is a casual golfer and badminton player, and a wine enthusiast.
