Doug has been with the WCC since its inception. He is a long-standing WCC Lead-Facilitator and now Executive Director. The WCC encapsulates all that Doug holds with passion: the way words, stories, and the art of listening provide a safe space and inclusive experience to connect with others and grow.

As a teacher, Doug dedicated his career to a holistic approach to learning in a dynamic environment. In addition to his WCC responsibilities, Doug is also an Executive Function Coach whose mission is to facilitate an improved self-concept in others so they may realize their full potential to achieve their dreams.
