Heather Warren

Volunteer Facilitator

Heather Warren (she/her)
Guelph, Ontario

Heather became a WCC facilitator in June 2025. She provides workshops for women, and survivors of abuse and/or dysfunctional families.

Heather believes the world becomes a better place when someone expresses their truth and life experiences. “Facilitating the process is not only fulfilling to be a part of,” Heather shares, “but a real honour to hear others’ brave selves shared from the page.”

From facilitating WCC workshops, Heather has learned how meaningful it is to hold a compassionate and encouraging space with other courageous artists.

Born and raised in Guelph, Heather has also lived in Toronto, Jamaica, Alberta, and Mexico, giving her a unique perspective on shared human experiences and cultural diversity. She identifies as a child-free woman by choice, and she nurtures her inner child by going to baseball games, attending library and civic museum lectures, cooking at home, and dancing in her kitchen.
