WCC provides the following programs to complement our core work of delivering exploratory writing workshops in community.
Write On! Program Helps Writers Get Published
Our special Write On! program, which results in publication in WCC-produced anthologies and chapbooks, strives to amplify the voices of WCC writers through education, mentorship, and publication. The program is dependent on funding and may not be offered on a regular basis.
Prompt-Response Sharing Highlights Magnificent Voices
Every day, WCC writers produce magnificent writing. A long-standing WCC tradition is to have each workshop participant choose one line they wrote that day to celebrate with the group at the end of a workshop.
We also share lines submitted by WCC writers on our social media channels, with each writer’s permission. Watch our newsletter and social channels for the prompts to respond to!
