Doug began facilitating with WCC in March 2012. He is WCC’s Executive Director and also a staff liaison to WCC’s Advisory Council.

A longtime member of the WCC community, Doug shares that it’s “difficult to express the value, the feelings, the sense of connection and degree of happiness that facilitating WCC workshops has provided me with over these past 11 years. It has been, and continues to be, a privilege to be part of our WCC facilitator community.”

As a teacher, Doug dedicated his career to a holistic approach to learning in a dynamic environment. In addition to WCC facilitator and executive director, Doug is also an Executive Function Coach whose mission is to facilitate an improved self-concept in others so they may realize their full potential to achieve their dreams. Doug is originally from Montreal, now calling Toronto his home.
